Subscription Refunds
- Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
- Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds only in exceptional cases.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Failure to use the service
- Change of mind
- Violation of terms
- Account suspension due to misuse
- Delayed cancellation requests
Technical Issues
If users experience major technical issues caused by our platform and unresolved within a reasonable time, refund requests may be reviewed.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
