Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds only in exceptional cases.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Failure to use the service
  • Change of mind
  • Violation of terms
  • Account suspension due to misuse
  • Delayed cancellation requests

Technical Issues

If users experience major technical issues caused by our platform and unresolved within a reasonable time, refund requests may be reviewed.
