3. Subscription & Billing
- Services may be offered on monthly or yearly subscription plans.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.

6. Service Availability

Maintenance, server issues, or technical problems may occasionally interrupt access.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages
- Service interruptions
- Third-party failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding billing period.
8. Termination
